The initial installation is not included with the professional member. All installation with our team must be scheduled at least 4 weeks in advance before actual trip taken. All necessary connectivity must be ready prior the service being scheduled.
 
While our professional member arrives at the site for a completed and final installation, two days training course will be provide to the customer for operation and maintenance procedure. The initial installation is provided within 5 working days  . The actual installation days many vary, based on different machine mode and packing lines. Each day of working hour consist at 8 working hours. Any additional day will be charge according to our service fee listed below.
 
When initial installation is being called for our professional member required, the surcharge will be made advance by the purchase at US$100/person/day plus all travel expenses. Travel expenses include documentation fees visa charge); local and destination transportation charges  air, train, ferry, bus, taxi or any means of transportation required to arrive to/from destination); accommodation (minimum of 3 star hotel facility) and 3 daily hot meals.

All parts are under one Year Warranty with defects from manufacturer. Any other defect caused by human error, mishandling, wear-and tear & any foreseeable conditions will not be covered by this warranty. All electronic parts and component can be guaranteed by original part's manufacturer or our company.

30% of the total contract amount is to be T/T into assigned account at the period of 5 working days after the Purchase contract is signed.
70% of the balance must to be made via T/T of the remainder balance amount of the purchase contract before the ordered equipment is to be delivered 10 working days prior of the shipment.
We also accept L/C payment, 30% down payment, and 70% L/C at sight

A2: Yes, we can provide bespoke service to customers with specific requirements. You can send the detailed 
requirements by email. We will check if we can develop them. We develop new machinery every month, and some of them may not yet be updated on our website.

A3: Our machines taking the European standards and follow the Germany type of business, we cooperation with International famous brands etc. Our company continuously imports over 1000 international first-class high precision processing equipment such as multistage machining centers, CNC lathes and CNC milling machines from Korea, Japan etc.  All our processes strictly adhere to CE certification, IS09001 management system . And we have 12 months quality warranty time. We testing the machine performances before each delivery. Jinxiang service engineers will always be here for anything you needed.

Q4: How can  I  order and make payments? 
A4: Once clear your requirements and determined extrusion line is ideal for you. We will send technical solutions and Proforma Invoice to you. You can pay via TT bank transfer, LC as you like.


Q5: How long is the delivery date?
A5: Usually it takes about 1 - 6 months depends on different machinery upon receipt of order advance payment.

A7: We produce more than 500 advanced extrusion lines every year world wide. 

A8: What about shipping?
Q8: We can send the small spare parts by air express for urgent matter. And the complete production line by sea
 to save the cost. You can either use your own assigned shipping agent or our cooperative forwarder. The nearest port is QINDAO port, which is convenient for maritime transportation.

A9: Yes, we support our business partners by pre-after sale service. JINXIANG has more than 300 technical testing engineers traveling world wide. Any cases would be responded with prompt solutions. We provide training, testing, operation and maintenance service for a life time.
